I’m a personal trainer, FRC mobility specialist, and 500-hour yoga instructor, and have completed a 100-hour biomechanics and anatomy training with physical therapists.
Growing up I was always active and could pretty much eat whatever I wanted. I never really struggled with weight until I stopped taking an ADD medication in my mid-20s – I gained 30 pounds in what felt like overnight. I initially got into lifting weights to try to lose this weight, but quickly discovered the empowerment and strength I felt when lifting heavy. Not to mention it helped me with a lot of the pain that I was feeling from previous injuries.
Whether or not weight loss is your goal, I want to help you feel empowered and strong in your body. My goal with my clients is to help them understand movement, and help them build strength so they move better, feel better, and can live a happier and healthier life.
