*Please note that you will see some repeat exercises in your programming. In order to apply the principles of progressive overload (aka challenge your body so it keeps getting stronger), you need to be doing the same lift and adding weight or reps. This doesn’t mean every workout will always be the same, and there will certainly be variety, but you do need to repeat lifts in order to apply these principles.
